Conditions of participation at Friends Fest festival
By buying a ticket of any kind (an e-ticket or a regular entry ticket) or by obtaining an identification bracelet, a contract of participation at Friends Fest is created between the participant and the host of the festival Friends Agency s.r.o., residing in Poděbradská 292, 530 09 Pardubice.
Every participant of the festival will obtain an identification bracelet after putting forward their entry ticket (or e-ticket) while entering the festival. This bracelet fits around your wrist and once you enter the festival grounds, it authorizes you towards participating in the festival instead of the ticket itself. If you're wearing a valid and undamaged identification ticket, you may leave the festival grounds and come back once again repeatedly.
All participants commit to obeying the Conditions of participation at Friends Fest festival at the entire festival grounds of Friends Fest, the conditions are as written:
1) The participant of the festival is prohibited from bringing and using any kinds of dishes, cups and bottles (glass, tin, plastic, one-time use ect.), umbrellas, flammables, weapons of any kind, psychotropic substances, objects endangering others' safety and pyrotechnical objects!
2) The organizer of the festival has the right to withdraw from the contract of participation at Friends Fest festival in case any of these conditions are violated. The participant can be brought out of festival grounds with the help of protective services and the they may not be allowed onto the festival grounds again.
3) The organizer of the festival has the right to give out neccessary instructions to the participants for the purpose of maintaining the festival's smooth running, protecting the safety of the participants or to protect property. The organizer may modify the festival's program, including its performers, in case of unexpected events (extreme weather, wind conditions, accidents, health of performers ect.).
4) The participant of the festival commits to maintaining order and being polite towards other participants and organizers of the festival and to not disrupt the festival's smooth running. They also commit to obeying the Conditions of participation at Friends Fest festival, the instructions of the festval's organizers and law regulations.
5) The participant of the festival commits to being accountable for all damage caused by themself.
6) The organizer of the festival is not accountable for any damage of property or health of the participants unless this damage was caused by violating law regulations.
7) The participant agrees that photos/recordings featuring them may be used by the festival's organizer for advertising material at no costs.
8) Entry with dogs or other pets is not generally banned, but it is definitely not recommended either. There is a lot of loud noise on the festival grounds from the vehicles, the music production, the gun shots from the military sector and even from the final fireworks show. All of this can cause an unexpected negative reaction within your pet which can negatively influence your pet's health and, of course, disrupt the festival's running. This could lead to a violation of the Conditions of participation at Friends Fest festival (point no. 4, which could further lead to the application of point no. 2). The participant of the festival is fully accountable for their own pet!
9) A modification of the program is allowed!
10) Participants' creation of audio or video recordings of performances is not allowed.
11) The organizer is not accountable for damage caused by theft of belongings brought to the festival by participants.
12) The right for film recordings, video recordings and television recordings of this festival is reserved. A participant portrayed in these recordings can further be published without any notification or financial compensation.
13) E-tickets and tickets lose their validity after the departure from festival grounds. A participant cannot return to the festival grounds with a used e-ticket or ticket.
14) The organizer is not accountable for any damage of property or any damage to health which was caused to a festival participant or any third person in relation to this festival. The organizer especially is not accountable for any expenditures that were created to the participant in relation to the festival, with its change, its cancellation or its proceedings.
15) The participant will abide to these instructions in case of extreme weather - strong winds, whirlwinds, hailstorms, extreme storms with lightnings etc.: 1. The participant must swiftly find a safe and protected space protected from falling trees, branches, constructions, stadiums, stalls, LED screens, inflatable attractions, advertising banner etc.; 2. The participant must swiftly find a safe and protected space which is located at a safe distance from masts, tall structures and tall trees; 3. If power line wires fall onto the ground, the participant must not get close to the wires or touch it.
