Part of the Wild West Program: Apache Dance, Native American Village, Peace Pipe Ceremony, Group Drumming, Humorous Skit, Tomahawk Throwing, Face Painting for Children, Weapon Exhibition, Ammunition Making, Gold Panning, Fur Identification, Historical Jail, Settler Wagon
The group Pšito Oyate – The Beaded People specializes in everything related to the Native peoples of North America – the Indigenous tribes. Their focus includes both historical and contemporary aspects of Native American life, as well as the iconic period of the American Westward expansion.
For over 25 years, the group has been presenting their program not only throughout the Czech Republic, but also across many European countries.
They have spent years studying Native American culture and have gained valuable knowledge through close cooperation with real Native Americans, whom they meet regularly both in the USA and in Europe. The Native culture is therefore presented in its true and original style. All equipment, dances, clothing, and other accessories are authentic and reflect how the proud inhabitants of the plains lived in the past – and how many of them still live today. The aim is to create the most faithful and vivid representation of life in its full beauty and authenticity.
